David DeVita

Experience

Dave has been a business attorney and advisor since being admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1978. Dave advises clients on a wide array of commercial transactions such as acquisition and sale agreements, license agreements, analysis of terms and conditions of sale, business forms and formation, employee ownership plans, entity governance, business and personal planning, and succession. Dave graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1974 with High Honors, and from The Ohio State College of Law in 1978, Order of the Coif.

Dave is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cincinnati Bar Association and the Kentucky Bar Association.

Personal

Dave and his bride are both from large families and have three children of their own. He enjoys cooking for family and friends, bicycling, and fly fishing. He watches college football on Saturday afternoon.

Community

Dave has been active in several charitable organizations including the Wernle Children's Home in Richmond, Indiana, The Notre Dame Club of Greater Cincinnati, and Big Brothers. Dave presently serves on the Board of Josh Cares which supports child life fellows at Cincinnati Children's Hospital, (see JoshCares.org), is engaged in several activities in his Parish, and is a Board Member of Northern Kentucky Fly Fishers, Inc.
